Best Cabs transports out-of-town women to and from the abortion clinic.
Wichita cabs are required to transport paying customers to any address in Wichita. Cabs are not allowed to decline based upon the customer's desired destination. But it seems Best Cabs could fulfill this requirement by dropping clients at the curb. Instead, Best Cabs drops customers off deep inside Tiller's parking lot.
On 27 June 2007, Best Cabs dropped off a client and then idled for twelve minutes in the parking lot chatting with Tiller's security guard. The series of pictures below shows the cab leaving Tiller's parking lot.
