A YOUNG WOMAN DIES!
A young woman was transferred by ambulance from Tiller's clinic. Click here to read an account of this incident as witnessed by Operation Save America.

Tiller's employee Marguerite Reed called 911 and told the dispatcher to send an ambulance but asked "Please, please, please no lights and no siren." She then put the dispatcher on hold for a long time. When she came back on the line, she refused to give the dispatcher details about the condition of the patient or the nature of the emergency all while the woman was dying.

The patient is unloaded at the Wesley Medical Center emergency room.
Abortionist George Tiller arrives in his Jeep a short time later.
ORW also obtained a copy of the 911 transcript which follows:
Notice the comment that the caller was "being very evasive, put on hold" and "refused to give any information, just saying need EMS." This is obvious if you listen to the 911 call.
The young lady was later identified as Christin Gilbert from Keller, Texas.

An ambulance came to Tiller's clinic then sat in his parking lot for over an hour. Then it transported a woman out of the clinic. Operation Rescue West claims the ambulance was there on "standby" in case there was a problem during the abortion.

Yet another woman was rushed to the hospital.
In this incident, Tiller himself made the 911 call.
Pro-Lifers filed a Kansas Open Records Act request to the Sedgwick County Emergency Communications Office for a tape of the 911 call, but Judge Warren M. Wilbert blocked the request.
2 September 2004
An ambulance transports yet another woman to the emergency room.
Tiller is seen stepping out of the ambulance.
Wesley Medical Center security was already in place when the ambulance arrived. The security guard (far right) watches for anyone taking pictures. Tiller (second from the right) accompanies the woman into the emergency room.
