"Doctor" LeRoy Harrison Carhart is Nebraska's notorious partial birth abortionist.

This page contained pictures of LeRoy and his wife Mary and their daughter Janine. Mary and Janine worked in their Nebraska abortion clinic. Mary would travel with LeRoy to Kansas.
UPDATE:
The week following Tiller's murder, LeRoy Carhart tried to reopen Tiller's clinic in Wichita, but the Tiller family decided to sell the business instead. So Carhart says he will perform late-term abortions at his existing Nebraska abortion clinic.

In the early 1990s, Carhart opened his abortion facility in a space he rented above an auto shop in this split-level building. The auto shop later moved out. For a while, LeRoy and his wife Mary lived on the lower floor of the building under his abortion clinic. After a lawsuit with the landlord, they now own the building.
In 2008, a mysterious fire destroyed some files in his office. Carhart hired a contractor to do some work. By March 2009, he was "back in business" with the building looking more run-down than usual. But the City of Bellevue shut him down a few days later, since he didn't yet have an occupancy permit.
Several of the women who had abortions at Tiller's clinic had harsh things to say about Carhart including "Loryn" and "Michelle". Carhart was working the week Christin Gilbert died during her late-term abortion.

loaded with junk. It's missing some tires. The pavement is

operating on a generator which purred the whole time Pro-Lifers prayed.

Notice the peeling paint and the
water running across the sidewalk in front of the nearest parked
car. One large door on the ground floor and two large windows
on the second floor have been bricked up with cinder blocks and glass
brick. The cinder blocks remain unpainted.
