A former patient says Betty held her arms down during her late-term abortion. But she normally helps with the early-term and mid-term during the afternoons where she holds the hands of the mothers and tries to comfort them during the abortions.

Touy Keomany is an abortion nurse.

According to an insider, Touy administers anesthesia even though she is not a licensed nurse-anesthetist. She also works with the dead babies. After early-term suction abortions, Touy analyzes the dead baby parts to make sure the abortion is complete. Using a clear glass pan, she shines a light up through baby parts to make sure all parts (hands, feet, rib cage, skull, etc.) are present and nothing was left inside the mother.
