JoAn Armentrout is the Office Manager.

Sara Ellen Phares Brown (also known as Sara Love) works in the office. She also runs the crematorium and mails the ashes of the dead babies to their mothers.

This ad was placed in the Wichita Eagle newspaper on Sunday, July 8, 2007.
The following letter was faxed from Tiller to the National Coalition of Abortion Providers (NCAP) on March 4, 2004. NCAP then forwarded this fax to abortion clinics all across the country. A Colorado woman was later hired to fill this job position, but she quit after only a few months on the job.

Chief Administrative Officer:
The position of Chief Administrative Officer/ Clinic Director is vacant at Women's Healthcare Services (Office of Dr. George Tiller) in Wichita, Kansas. We are actively seeking a replacement for this critically important position in our organization. The Administrative Director has full responsibility for the administrative, staffing, business, and computer activities of the organization. This person would function on the same level as the Director of Nursing, both of whom report to the Medical Director.
Philosophically, the person for this position should be in emotional and spiritual harmony with our over-arching principles:
1. Patients are emotionally, mentally, morally, spiritually and physically competent to struggle with complex healthcare decisions and come to decisions that are appropriate for them.
2. Kindness, courtesy, justice, love, and respect are the characteristics of all good healthcare provider-patient relationships.
3. They do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.
4. A soft voice turneth away wrath.
5. Never, ever, over-promise and under-deliver. Instead, under-promise and over-deliver.
6. Teamwork wins. Together Everyone Accomplishes More.
7. You only get one chance to do it right the first time.
8. Everyone needs a little help every once in a while.

Additionally, this person would interface with regulatory and law enforcement agencies, other abortion clinics, national reproductive and abortion organizations. This person should have a professional demeanor and be able to function as my personal executive aid / assistant locally and nationally.
Insurance, holidays, vacation pay, retirement fund, comp days are all included in our benefit package. Some travel and meetings will be necessary, at the company's expense. Salary is dependent on qualifications.
