Tiller's Political Action Committee

Tiller learned his lesson. He learned he can get away with this sort of immoral behavior. So in 2004, he's done the same sort of thing. During the 2004 election cycle, ProKanDo poured thousands into a new political action committee called "Kansans for a Moderate Government".

Tiller uses these back door schemes to pump money into politics. The names "Tiller" and "ProKanDo" and "Women's Health Care Services" are seldom welcomed by candidates. Political candidates must report their campaign income to the State Ethics Commission. Pro-Lifers and political opponents will scour those contribution reports and hold those politicians accountable for accepting Tiller's blood money. So Tiller is forced to use back door schemes to influence elections.

Until February 25, 2005, Tiller reserved the right to pass along his patients' personal information (including the date of her abortion) to ProKanDo so they could solicit her for a contribution.

In 2008, ProKanDo paid a large fine for failing to disclose all donors.
