Julie Beth Litwin is a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). She contributed to a book about midwifery. So while Shelley Sella kills babies, her "wife" delivers living babies.

Sella was born in Israel. Her late father was a founding member of the Israeli military and was a wealthy businessman. Shelley grew up in both Israel and in New York City. Her parents were very liberal and gave large amounts of campaign cash to liberal political candidates and liberal organizations.
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Sella and Litwin were active in hard-left politics in Santa Cruz, California. They were involved with the ultra-liberal "New Jewish Agenda".

Sex with a minor is illegal in all 50 states. Health care providers are required by law to report suspected child abuse including statutory rape, but many abortion clinics refuse to comply with this requirement.
Life Dynamics, an investigative group from Texas, had a woman call dozens of abortion clinics across the country. The woman has a youthful voice and claimed she was 13 years old and was pregnant by her boyfriend of 22. Life Dynamics taped the phone conversations which is legal in Texas.
Several abortion clinics (including Planned Parenthood Shasta Diablo) gladly offered a pregnancy test, an abortion, and/or birth control without her parents consent or knowledge and without reporting the suspected abuse as required by law. A receptionist at Planned Parenthood Shasta Diablo even said they would look the other way if the girl's 22 year old boyfriend came with her to the clinic.
